(Discounted tickets can be purchased with valid identification at the ticket office.)
   · Retiree discount card holders (Elderly persons aged 70 or above should present their ID cards to receive the discount)
   · Current military personnel with ID
   · Children 1.2-1.5 meters tall 
   · Full-time students enrolled in programs up through university
   ·  Guests staying in hotels run by Wuzhen Tourism Co., Ltd. can buy tickets at the discounted price of 15 RMB during their stay.



Notes:

1. One ticket per person; each ticket valid for one entry. 
2. Smoking is prohibited.
3. Pets are prohibited. 
4. The shooting of video is prohibited in the venue. The use of camera flashes, tripods, and selfie sticks is not permitted.
5. Please do not eat or drink outside of designated cafe areas. 
6. North Silk Factory tickets are only valid for the North Silk Factory exhibition. Should you wish to visit exhibits in the West Scenic Area, please buy a separate ticket from the West Scenic Area Service Center. 


 

Getting to the Exhibition


Public Transportation

1) Take the long-distance bus to Wuzhen station, then take the K350 train to the West Scenic District
2) Take the high-speed train to Tongxiang station, then take the K282 train or a cab to the West Scenic District

 

Driving Directions

1) From Shanghai to Wuzhen
Route 1: In departing Shanghai, follow the Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway (A8), which has been recently renamed the Shanghai-Kunming Highway [G60] (Turn after Jiaxing East) → Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway (Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway) (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway) [G15W] toward Suzhou (Turn at Guanyin Bridge) → Take the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Huzhou, then take the Wuzhen exit. The entire journey is approximately 140 kilometers.  
Route 2: Get on the highway from Shanghai Pudong Airport, and take the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway (S32→S12). Then take the Wuzhen exit. The entire journey is approximately 105 kilometers. 

2) From Suzhou to Wuzhen
Route 1:  Take the Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway [G15W]) to the intersection with the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] (Guanyin Bridge). Transfer to the Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Huzhou, then take the Wuzhen exit. The journey is approximately 80 kilometers. 
Route 2: Take the Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway [G15W], also called the Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway) to the Jiaxing Development Area exit (or the Grade I Highway Suzhou-Wujiang-Jiaxing-Wuzhen) to Wuzhen. The journey is approximately 100 kilometers. 

3) Tongxiang to Wuzhen
It is 13 kilometers from Tongxiang to Wuzhen. In departing Tongxiang, take the Grade I Highway (Yanhu) to Wuzhen.  

4) Hangzhou to Wuzhen
Route 1: Take the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (renamed the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway [G60]) toward Shanghai and take the Tongxiang Bridge exit. Take Yingbin Road toward Tongxiang. There is a road sign for Wuzhen on the overpass for the Tongxiang Ring Road. Turn at this sign. (Recommended)
Route 2: Take the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway (renamed the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway [G60]) to Chang’an or Tudian exit (or take National Road 320) to Tongxiang, and pass through Tongxiang to Wuzhen. The journey is approximately 80 kilometers. 

5) Jiaxing to Wuzhen
In departing Jiaxing, take National Road 320 to Tongxiang. Pass through Tongxiang to Wuzhen or travel directly from Jiaxing to Wuzhen. The journey is approximately 40 kilometers. 

6) Ningbo to Wuzhen
Take the Hangzhou Bay Bridge (Shenyang-Haikou Expressway [G15]), then take the Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway [S11]. Turn left at the intersection of the Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway and the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway toward Huzhou, follow the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12]  west (later southwest), and then take the Wuzhen exit. The journey is approximately 170 kilometers. 

7) Wuxi to Wuzhen
Keep left on Jiefang South Road → Turn left from Qingyang Road onto Taihu Road →  Get on the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway (Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway [G42]) toward Shanghai → Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway [G15W]) toward Hangzhou, past the Wangjiangjin Toll Booth to the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Huzhou. Take the Wuzhen exit.

8) Nanjing to Wuzhen
Route 1:  Take the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway (Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway [G42]) to Suzhou and then take the Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway [G15W]) toward Hangzhou, past the Wangjiang Toll Plaza → Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Huzhou, then take the Wuzhen exit. The journey is approximately 300 kilometers. 
Route 2: Take the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway (Changchun-Shenzhen Expressway [G25]) toward Hangzhou → Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Jiaxing and Shanghai, the take the Wuzhen exit. The journey is approximately 300 kilometers. 

9) Wenzhou to Wuzhen
Get on the expressway in Wenzhou toward Ningbo, then take the Ningbo Circle Expressway [G1501] → Hangzhou Bay Bridge (Shenyang-Haikou Expressway [G15]) → Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway [S11] toward Hangzhou → Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12] toward Huzhou. Take the Wuzhen exit. The journey will take more than five hours. 

10) Huzhou to Wuzhen
Take the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway (S12) → Wuzhen exit.

11) Haining to Wuzhen
Take Nanbei Street toward Jiaxing (northbound) → Turn left at the roundabout → Tongxiang → Wuzhen.

12) Beijing to Wuzhen
Get on the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway (G2), transfer to the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway (Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway [G42]) toward Shanghai, and transfer to the Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway (Changshu-Taizhou Expressway [G15W]) toward Hangzhou. Pass the Wangjiangjin Toll Plaza to the Shanghai-Jiaxing-Huzhou Expressway [S12], toward Huzhou. Take the Wuzhen exit.

 

Parking


A. The West Car Park can hold over 500 cars. Fees will be collected electronically through cards at the East, South, and North Gates (with the East Gate and South Gate as entrances and the North Gate as an exit).
Parking Fee:
Large buses (18 seats or more) 15 RMB/vehicle/12 hours 
Medium buses (6-17 seats) 10 RMB/vehicle/12 hours 
Cars (5 seats or fewer) 5 RMB/vehicle/12 hours 
No fee will be charged on vehicles parked for less than one hour. 

B. The East Car Park can hold more than 600 cars. Cars cannot be left overnight in the East Car Park.
